I thought this was the easiest and fastest thing that I have ever made. It only took 22 mins or maybe even less. I also had a lot of help from my boyfriend Jeremy. He did most of the work. But he needs to learn how to cook too! It was so delicious. We have a lot left over because we just ate it. We had some sourdough bread with it and it was just delightful. :)
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
3 cans (about 14 ounces each) beef broth
1 package (16 ounces) frozen stir-fry vegetables
1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
We also added some ginger teriyaki
1. Heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-hight heat; tilt pan to coat bottom. Add half of beef in single layer. Cook 1 min, without stirring, until lightly browned on bottom. Turn cook other side and 1 min. Remove beef from pan. Repeat with remaining 1 teaspoon sesame oil and beef; set aside.
2. Add broth to saucepan. Cover; bring to boil over high heat. Add vegetables. Reduce heat; simmer 3 to 5 mins or until vegetables are heated through. Add beef, stir-fry sauce; simmer 1 min.
Makes 6 servings
